Nha Trang welcomed 2,600 tourists on five star cruise ship

The Diamond Princess cruise ship, with over 2,600 tourists aboard and 1,500 staff crew, anchored in the central city of Nha Trang on April 19, after visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

1,700 visitors from the ship made a one-day tour of the city, including the Cai river, Ponagar tower, villages such Lu Cam ceramic village, the Dien Khanh ancient house, Long Son pagoda and Dam trade centre.

This was the second time in April that Diamond Princess has visited Nha Trang with a total of 5,400 visitors. 3,100 ones had disembarked and made an excursion around Nha Trang City.  Its next port of call will be Hong Kong .

Nha Trang has so far this year welcomed more than 10 visits from international cruise ships. Nearly 9,000 tourists have visited beauty spots, historical relics, traditional villages, shopping and learning about local culture of Nha trang.
