Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong (-/L/D)

Tour guide and driver will pick you up between 7:30am and 8:00am at your hotel and transfer to Halong Bay (170km). Stop over at ceramic and hand embroidery workshops in Hai Duong (15 minutes) for refreshment and taking photos.

Arrival in Halong Bay, embark on a tender and transfer to the wooden boat for a cruise in Halong Bay. After lunch, visit Sung Sot Cave - the most beautiful cave of Ha Long Bay and go swimming at Titop Beach (or climb up to the top of the mountain to have an overview of the bay).  Admire landscape and take photos... Dinner of fresh seafood is served and a show of traditional music on board.

Overnight on board.

Day 2: Halong – Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)

Option 1 (Overnight in hotel):

After breakfast, cruise to Lan Ha Bay. On the way, admire the beautiful morning scenery of the World Heritage site. Stop over in Kiem Lam Wharf, transfer to small boat for kayaking, and explore Lan Ha Bay, “Tai Keo” Cave, Van Boi beach, third Cat, the fish – farm, swimming or fishing… Lunch on the boat.

In the afternoon, go on paddling to  Rua Island (turtle island) or Luon Cave (hidden cave) (selected according to the tides) …then take a boat to Cat Ba Island for check in hotel.

Have dinner and O/N in Cat Ba Island.

Option 2 (camping):

After breakfast, cruise to Lan Ha Bay. On the way, admire the beautiful morning scenery of the World Heritage site. Stop over in Kiem Lam Wharf, transfer to small boat for kayaking, explore Lan Ha Bay, “Tai Keo” Vave, Van Boi beach, third Cat, the fish – farm, swimming or fishing… Lunch on the boat.

After lunch, take a boat trip further around the bay for relaxing and taking photos.  Stop over at "Dong Tien" then continue kayaking for exploration. Paddle from Luon Cave towards Man’s head Island then back to the beach.

Overnight in tent on the beach.

Day 3: Halong – Hanoi  (B/L/-)

After breakfast, cruise around Halong Bay. Stop over for swimming, snorkeling... On the way back to Halong, you will have chance for sightseeing at Dinh Huong (Incence Burner) Island, Cho Da (Stone Dog), Ga Choi (Fighting Cocks) and go on.

After having lunch at restaurant in Halong City, return to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel.
