Hanoi- a graceful capital of Vietnam, Halong Bay- a magnificent site with wonderful cruises to discover caves and grottos, Hue- an ancient capital with elegant architectures of citadel and toms, Hoi An- an peaceful ancient town nestled on the bank of the romantic Thu Bon River, the bustling Saigon and a water life of Southern people on Mekong Delta,… are the highlights of this promising trip.


Tour Itinerary:


Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Cat Ba (-/L/D)

Arrival at Noi Bai airport, the tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to Hai Phong (120km).

Visit Hang Kenh Temple, Du Hang pagoda, Sat Market and the Principal Theatre. Then continue to Dinh Vu ferry and take a hydrofoil  to Phu Long - Cat Ba (20 minutes). Check in hotel and have free time.

Day 2: Cat Ba – Lan Ha – Halong (B/L/D)

Early in the morning, enjoy a sunrise cruise in the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay. Continue to cruise to Lan Ha Bay, discover Luon Cave, Tung Ga Cave, third Cat and fifth Cat by kayaking and swimming at Van Boi beach....

Cruise back to Halong Bay, visit Sung Sot cave, Ga Choi and Dinh Huong Island, visit fishing farm, etc.

Overnight at hotel in Tuan Chau Island.

Day 3: Halong – Hanoi (B/L/D)

After breakfast at your hotel, drive back to Hanoi. On the way to Hanoi, visit But Thap pagoda.

In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology. In the evening, enjoy Hanoi’s famed water puppet show.

Day 4: Hanoi – Hoa Binh (B/L/D)

Morning visit to some of highlights of Hanoi: One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake.

After lunch, transfer to Hoa Binh (70km). On the way to Hoa Binh, explore the daily life of rural Vietnam. In the evening, enjoy folk show.

Day 5: Hanoi – Hoa Binh (B/L/D)

Enjoy a whole day to discover Hoa Binh. Take a boat along the Da River (6hours), visit Thac Bo Temple, Muong village. Have lunch at Muong village, enjoy bamboo-tube rice. Then return to Hanoi at the end of the day.

Day 6: Hanoi – Hue (B/L/D)

Transfer to Noi Bai airport for a short flight to Hue. Arrival in Hue, pick you up and transfer to hotel.

The afternoon is a highlighted with the visit to the Royal Citadel and Dong Ba Market, famous for its best conical hats and Trang Tien Bridge.

Day 7: Hue (B/L/D)

Spend all day exploring Hue. Take a boat on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, Hon Chen Temple and the tomb of Minh Mang King.

In the afternoon, visit the tombs of King Khai Dinh and Tu Duc and transfer back to your hotel.

Day 8: Hue – Danang (B/L/D)

Transfer to Danang (110km). On the way to Danang, visit Lang Co beach and admire beautiful landscape on the road over the Hai Van Pass and the fishing village. After lunch, visit Cham Museum, Marble Mountain, stone carving village of Non Nuoc and swimming at Tra Co beach.

Day 9: Danang – Hoi An (B/L/D)

In the morning, leave Danang for Hoi An (30km). Arrive in Hoi An, take a leisurely walk through the ancient town, a world heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 1999. Visit Hoi An old quarter, Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Thu Bon River and shopping.

Day 10: Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh (B/L/D)

After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Danang airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Pick up and transfer to check in hotel.

In the afternoon is a sightseeing tour around Ho Chi Minh City. Visit Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame, the Municipal Theatre and Bach Dang River.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho (B/L/D)

Depart for Cai Be. Arrival in Cai Be, take boat ride to the bustling floating market, coconut candy workshop, area of bee hatching. Continue to cruise to Vinh Long, enjoy the relaxing honey tea. Then drive to Can Tho.

Day 12: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh (B/L/D)

After breakfast, take a boat cruise to visit Phung Hiep floating market. It’s said to be a fruit-market of the Southern part and the market is cultural identity of the Mekong Delta. Witness the local exchange goods and product and then return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi (B/L/D)

Transfer to Tay Ninh (99km), explore the Cao Dai Temple for the daily noontide ceremony with hundreds of worshippers attired in lively red, yellow, blue and white and chanting religious hymns.

Then travel to Cu Chi, famed for its 200 kilometer- long tunnels and considered a heroic district for its role in the anti American war in Vietnam. Then return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh – Departure (B/L/-)

After breakfast, visit China Town, Thien Hau Temple, War Remnant Museum and then at leisure before check - out. Transfer to the airport for departure.
